Unit 3

My physical wellbeing is about a 6. Being pregnant in this triple-digit El Paso heat wears you out! I go on walks regularly and keep as active as I can, but when bedtime comes around... I am ready to sleep! My psychological wellbeing is as close to a 10 as it can be. I am the healthiest, psychologically, that I have been in a long time. I have so much to look forward to from the baby, to graduation, to my husband being out of the Army and no more El Paso... I have nothing to feel negatively about! My spiritual wellbeing is also fairly healthy, I would say an 7 or 8.

Once I have the baby, I want to get very active again. My husband loves going to the gym and we already agreed that we would continue to go so I can work on cardio and get back to where I was before I had the baby. Once we get back home and we don't live in El Paso, I want to start going back to church, which is what I long for spiritually. Psychologically, I want to maintain where I am at now. My family is in such a good place right now and I can't wait to keep it like that and raise a wonderfully healthy child who has good values.
